By accessing or using Rep My Credit's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
Rep My Credit provides credit repair and credit education services. We help clients identify and dispute inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable information on their credit reports in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
No Guarantee of Results
While we work diligently to help improve your credit, we cannot guarantee specific results. Credit repair outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, and the removal of negative items depends on the accuracy and verifiability of the information being disputed.
Your Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Respond promptly to requests for additional documentation
- Notify us of any changes to your contact information
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Not engage in any fraudulent activity
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
Rep My Credit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
